  • Job Description

  • Coordinating corporate business development projects in the area of sales
  • Supporting the creation of new proposals
  • Collect, organize and distribute RFPs and RFIs
  • Maintain and update the proposal tracking database
  • Interact directly with IMI business partners to maintain client and account database files
  • Work with the Director, Proposal Development and other IMI personnel to coordinate all proposal activities, including but not limited to:
    • Review of study protocols
    • Drafting proposal assumptions
    • Moderating assumptions meetings
    • Authoring client proposals
